  I have known Jon for over 30 years through 3 residences. He is patient, fast, and communicates regularly. He will explain and address issues for as long as it takes for the borrower to understand. He is always pleasant and his demeanor has remained consistent through three decades. You get what you pay for. For me it is about establishing a relationship with someone you can trust. Any corrections or changes are addressed immediately and you will talk to a real person not an endless chain of voice mail or directories although there may be a couple on your initial call. Even though this is likely the last residence we purchase, I would highly recommend Jon to my family and friends.

  Brad was very hard working, honest and smart. He really helped to tell me exactly bring up my credit score, get the necessary paper work due to me having been on two leave of absences in the two years prior to refinancing . I was refinancing on my own because my husband was out of work. He was able to get it all done and funded on the exact day I needed it the most. The day I was leaving to go up to my daughters wedding and I needed the money badly. Thank you so much for everything and for putting up with me being worried and unsure and hesitant at times and for helping even after the funding. You are a good man. Diane
